By submitting this booking form you confirm that all information provided at the time of booking is correct. Before you book an event, please confirm that you have staff, transport and students available to be able to attend.

Cancellation Policy if your school cannot attend an event you must give the event lead at least 48 hours notice. Your SGO will be in contact with you and your headteacher if this policy is not adhered to.

Schools participating in all BPSS events and leagues are responsible for adhering to the BPSS code of conduct. Please read and share with all involved HERE

Photographs will be taken at the event by the BPSS team for promotional purposes via the BPSS website and Twitter. If you have students who cannot have their photo used in promotional material, please make the organiser aware of the student during the event.

Schools understand that is their responsibility to provide their own first aider and to take responsibility for their own Public Liability Insurance.

Please note that if you are a non member BPSS school there will be a charge for you to attend this event.
